Villa Marconi is designated as an “A” Facility by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and has its Canadian Council of Health Services Accreditation.

At Villa Marconi, we take pride in providing quality healthcare in a warm and caring environment – the true Italian way. We offer a full range of services designed to provide our residents with the health, emotional, social and spiritual support they need to achieve a high quality of life.

Our residents' needs are our top priority and to this goal, we have two formal resident committees that actively solicit and help address the delivery of services in satisfying the needs of the residents. These committees are the Residents' Council and the Residents' Food Committee . Members of these committees are comprised of those residents who are able and who wish to volunteer on these committees.

The best long-term care in Ontario may mean many things to different people however our definition is based on what we know to be true in a typical Italian home.  In our personal homes, our elderly can always expect extremely clean and comfortable accommodations, great care, wonderful food, and tremendous respect.  All residents of Villa Marconi and their families should expect and should receive nothing less.  We have a terrific team that is comprised of management, health professionals, staff, volunteers, and family members that are all working tremendously hard in making Villa Marconi the best long-term care facility in Ontario .
