Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)

This program identifies and evaluates all aspects of Diversicare's care and services. The CQI process involves operations, employees, residents and their families and allows the residents and families to measure and realize improvements in service. CQI represents a management philosophy and way of life for all employees and residents, and empowers everyone to work together as a team to improve services.
